Vernie L. Patterson, 81, of Anderson SC, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at her home.
Born in Habersham, Ga on December 28, 1940, she was the daughter of the late William and Myrtle Addis and the wife to the late Clyde W. Patterson.
She is survived by her daughter: Rita Dyches; as well as many grand and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her brothers: William “Boots” Addis, Ronnie and Oscar Addis; sisters: Loraine Addis, Mary Freeman and Ann Webb.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 2pm.
Visitation will take place prior to the graveside on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, from 12pm to 1:30pm at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
