Wade “Trader Wade” Ashley, 84, of Anderson SC passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016.
Born in Anderson SC on March 26, 1931, he was the son of the late Ira and Lucy Ashley, husband to the late Betty Bice Ashley and the last surviving member of his immediate family. Wade worked for over 60 years in automotive sales throughout South Carolina.
He is survived by his children: Wade T “Tommy” Ashley Jr (Marsha), Steve Ashley and Cindy Hench, grandchildren: Greg Ashley, Mandie Rieser (Shane), and Jessie Cravens, and a great-grandson: Navin Rieser.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 3pm, at the Sosebee Mortuary Downtown Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 1pm to 3pm at the Mortuary.
