William Ed Vassar, 70, of Pelzer SC, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 at his home.
Born in Anderson SC, on April 30, 1949, he was the son of the late William E. Vassar Sr and Mattie Crook and a member of Wesleyan Church in Pelzer, SC
He is survived by his wife: Joyce Vassar; daughters: Carla Norton (Ken) and April Vassar (Trey New); grandchildren: Chad, Alex and Carson Norton.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, February 19. 2020 at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel. Burial will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel from 12pm to 2pm.
The family will be at the residence.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
