Betty Jean Stalnaker, 85, of Piedmont, SC, entered into her heavenly home on Monday, March 21, 2022.

Born on June 14, 1936, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Essie Chambers and wife to the late Willie Robert Stalnaker.

She is survived by her Sons: Dale Stalnaker (Lisa) and Rick Stalnaker; Brother: Clarence “Wink” Chambers; and Grandchildren: Gabby Stalnaker, James Kinley, Larry Kinley, and Marlie Hughes.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is also preceded to heaven by several other siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church, 301 Rogers Rd, Anderson, SC, and will be officiated by Rev. Mark Duncan and Rev. Bruce Chambers. A private entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at their respective homes but will receive friends from 11am to 12pm on Thursday prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Loving Out Loud Ministry, PO Box 83, Anderson, SC, 29622.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting with the arrangements.
