Don W. Blume, 52, of Starr, SC, passed away on June 22, 2015 at his home.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Josie Miller Blume and the late Roy W. Blume and husband to Tina Blume. Don was an employee with Ron White Industries, their employees will serve as honorary pallbearers. He was also an avid motorcyclist, loving Harley Davidson motorcycles.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son Harley L. Blume; step-son: Blake Charping; step-daughter: Kayla Charping Isbell (Justin); brothers: Butch Blume (Debbie), Rusty Blume (Tina) and Chris Blume; sister Debbie Jenkins; and grandchild: Logan Isbell.
Funeral services will be held at 5pm Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel, officiated by Rev. Sam Duncan. A private family burial will take place at South Lawn. The family will receive friends from 4pm to 5pm prior to the service Thursday at the Mortuary.
The family will be at the home of his mother, Josie Blume.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
