Loyd Edward Lance, 60, Iva, SC, passed away on Tuesday April 25, 2023, at his home.
Born on July 26, 1962, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Ernest Lance and Mae Lance. Loyd was a loving Father and Grandfather, as well as a Master Carpenter and woodworker.
He is survived by his Children: Justin, Jacob, Ernie, and Jennifer Lance; Stepson: Joseph Munn; Sisters: Joyce Holcombe (Donnie), Cheryl Lance, Pat Lance, Shirley Lance, and Maria Moore (Stoney); as well as his Grandchildren: Nova Mae Lance, Olivia Lance, Will Hays, and Riley Lance.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his Stepmother: Jean Lance; and Brothers: Andy and Scotty Lance.
A memorial service will be Friday, May 5, 2023 at 3pm Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
