Mary Jean Sanders, 65, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday October 5, 2022, at her home.
Born on April 1, 1957, in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Doyle and Ruby McWhorter and wife to the late Steve Sanders.
She is survived by her Sons: Jason Sanders (Tiffany) and Matthew Sanders (Krista); Sister: Fleda Mulkey (Bob); Grandchildren: Ryann and Walker Sanders; as well as her nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 6pm on Tuesday October 18, 2022, at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel and will be officiated by Dr. Bob Mulkey. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:30pm to 6pm at the Mortuary.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

October 15, 2022 at 6:45 pmI love this picture of Steve and Mary. We grew up together and were best of friends since Grammer school. So many wonderful memories. We had our children and spent time camping in the mountains. I miss my best friend but I know she is at peace now.
