Michael Richey, 76, of Townville, SC, passed away on Saturday July 29, 2023, at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born on December 21, 1946, he was the son of the late James and Louise Richey. Michael was a Tyler of Fair Play Lodge #132, a Greenville Shriner and 32° Scottish Rite.
Michael is survived by his Lifelong Love and Best Friend: Judy Richey; Daughters: Stacey Maroney (Michael) and Donna Worley; Sisters: Pat Brewer and Teresa Whitman; Grandchildren: Brittany Nelloms, Micah Richey, Destiny Whitfield, and Gracen Maroney; and Great Grandchildren: Tailynn, Kayliana, Korbyn, Kylen, Braylon, Eli, Stryker, and Dominick.
Funeral services will be held at 6pm on Tuesday August 1, 2023, at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4pm to 6pm Tuesday at the Mortuary.
The family will be at the home.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
