Nancy F. Prater, 80, of Townville, SC, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019 at her home.
Born in Anderson, SC on May 21, 1939, she was the wife to Jerry B. Prater, was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church, and she helped with the Good News Club.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her son, Bryant Prater (Angie); daughter, Nancy Paige McIntire (Damon); brother, Jerry Fowler; sisters: Sylvia Lovin and Mary Ann Winchester; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services were held at New Prospect Baptist Church.
A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2pm at Oakdale Baptist Church. A time of fellowship will follow.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, 508 Conneross Road, Townville, SC.
